ABOUT US:

Alfa Innovations began operations in 2007 as a residential painting contractor, primarily serving single-family homes. In 2009, the business expanded into turnkey remodeling projects for apartment communities, focusing on painting, drywall repairs, and light renovations.

By 2011, Alfa Innovations significantly scaled its operations, continuing turnkey renovations on a larger scale while partnering with multiple developers throughout the Southeast. During this period, the company expanded its range of services to include demolition, drywall, carpentry, cabinet and countertop installation, flooring, electrical and plumbing services, and professional cleaning.

In 2021, Alfa Innovations entered the commercial construction sector, securing contracts with governmental institutions and private businesses. These projects included the development of new amenities for parks and apartment communities, as well as the renovation of existing fire stations. Around this time, the company established strategic partnerships with industry experts in pool construction and outdoor living solutions, utilizing state of the art 3D design software to plan and design customized aquatic projects.

In 2024, Alfa Innovations expanded into the hospitality industry, delivering extensive remodeling projects for reputable restaurant chains across Georgia and Florida.

Our management team brings over 15 years of hands-on experience leading construction projects in Georgia and throughout the Southeast. At Alfa Innovations, we believe excellence is not merely a goal, but a daily practice—reflected in every detail, from initial planning to final project delivery. ALEJANDRO POMBO

In 2007, Alejandro Pombo founded Alfa Innovations. He previously had extensive experience in both commercial and residential construction projects and, over the past 15 years, has accumulated significant knowledge and experience in finance, management, and sales.

JULIA BOBE

Julia is the CFO at Alfa Innovations and has worked there since its inception. She is aCertified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, working for a wide range of companies and industries. She handles daily office and administrative tasks, as well as business planning and accounting.

ROBERT MUNILLA

Robert joined Alfa Innovations in 2009, after having worked with painting and construction companies since 2002. He is our Vice President/General Manager and oversees all projects. Robert has extensive experience in quality control, both in commercial and residential projects.

JUAN AYALA

Our Senior Project Manager is Juan Ayala. He supervises the work teams daily and has over 5 years of experience managing residential projects.
