ALEJANDRO POMBO:

In 2007, Alejandro Pombo founded Alfa Innovations. He previously had extensive experience in both commercial and residential construction projects and, over the past 15 years, has accumulated significant knowledge and experience in finance, management, and sales.

JULIA BOBE

Julia is the office manager at Alfa Innovations and has worked there since its inception. She is aCertified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, working for a wide range of companies and industries. She handles daily office and administrative tasks, as well as business planning and accounting.

ROBERT MUNILLA:

Robert joined Alfa Innovations in 2009, after having worked with painting and construction companies since 2002. He is our regional manager and oversees all projects. Robert has extensive experience in quality control, both in commercial and residential projects.

ALEX DELGADO

Alex Delgado is our Senior Project Manager. He oversees daily operations and planning, and has over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects.

JUAN AYALA

Our Field Supervisor is Juan Ayala. He supervises the work teams daily and has over 5 years of experience managing residential projects.

JOSE RESENDIZ:

Our Pool Manager is José Resendiz. He has over a decade of experience managing the construction of retaining walls and swimming pools for commercial and residential projects.
